Reporting is optional. TurboCycle Media receives only the report text, optional contact email, screenshot, and diagnostics you choose to submit. Reports are stored on our Hostinger VPS. They are private, not published to a public board, and are not used for advertising or sold.
The iOS reporter keeps a short, in-memory list of named app events. It does not record typing, account IDs, passwords, receipt contents, network traffic, audio, or video. Screenshots can contain information visible in the app; review, redact, or exclude them before sending. Screenshots are re-encoded to remove original metadata.
Submitted reports are retained for up to 180 days. Deleted reports may remain in rotating backups for up to 14 more days. Unsent iOS reports remain on your device until confirmed delivered or deleted in Pending Reports. They automatically retry when the app becomes active.
We use a short-lived hash of the connection IP address to limit abuse, expiring within one hour. Login attempt limits expire within 15 minutes. Hosting/network infrastructure may separately process connection metadata for security. Team access uses a secure, HttpOnly, same-site cookie lasting up to eight hours.
Notifications contain a private report link, not the report contents or attachments. If you provide an email, we may contact you about the report. For access or deletion requests, contact support@turbocyclemedia.com and include your report reference. We may need to verify ownership before sharing private data.
